American Horse Publications Equine Media Student Award The American Horse Publications (AHP) Equine Media Student Award recognizes outstanding students aspiring to careers in equine media. Each year, up to two finalists receive a $1,000 travel award to attend the AHP Equine Media Conference, where they can network with industry professionals and attend educational sessions. At the conference, one finalist is named the Student Award winner and receives an additional cash prize. High school seniors and undergraduate students under 25 with a passion for horses and media are eligible to apply.
